作者的父亲去世了，作者感到遗憾的是没有得到父亲最后一次拥抱。然而在一个作者不愿起床的早上，他终于想明白了这一切：要努力地生活下去，给他人更多的关爱。

It was a cold morning several years ago. My alarm clock had just gone off but I was having ___1___ getting out of bed. Dad had died a few weeks before and I found myself just going through a range of ___2__. I felt weighed down by grief, sadness, and depression.

I still had a lot of things left to do and a lot of love left to ___13 __.
