接待员: 我能为你做点什么吗?
Shirley: Yes, my best friend is a little out of shape now. She wants to keep fit. And I come over here to ask for some information about the courses.

Shirley: And what about your after-sale service?

Receptionist: You don’t have to worry about a thing. If there is any problem, you can call us during working hours, from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Shirley: That’s what I want. One more thing, can I quit the course once I’ve gotten started? I am not sure she has enough time.

Receptionist: Of course, as long as you have enough excuses for yourself, we’ll give you your money back then.
